3. Subscription Plans: Paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) provide monthly credit allocations. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.

4. Payment Terms: Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

1. Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the caricatures generated from your inputs. However, you grant Caricature Trend a limited license to process your content for service delivery purposes.

2. Generated Content: Caricatures generated through our service are available for your personal use. Commercial use rights are included only with the Premium plan.

3. Platform IP: All platform technology, branding, and proprietary algorithms remain the property of Caricature Trend. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our technology.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Caricature Trend:

• Uploading photos of others without their consent
• Generating caricatures that are defamatory, harassing, or intended to harm others
• Using the service to create deepfakes or misleading content
• Attempting to bypass credit limits or security features
• Reselling or redistributing generated content without appropriate license
• Using automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Uploading content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others
